Ask the baker!

  • Every once in a while someone will come in with a question, about baking, that they couldn’t find anywhere else. They range anywhere from the difference between powdered sugar and granulated sugar, or substituting ingredients. So, we’ve decided to open ourselves up to answer your questions! We will answer 2 or 3 questions per week, and publish them here on the website! Simply fill out the form on our Ask the baker page. Each question may take some time to answer, as the flow of questions may be quite large! However, we will do our best to answer your questions expediently. We also ask that each question not be inappropriate, and questions about trade-secrets will be thrown out.
